An approximate itinerary with so much extra along the way, including yoga or stretching wherever we are, breathwork and mountain meditations.

This journey is created for ages 13-70 to breathe fresh air, feel the quiet rhythm of the Himalayas, have an adventure like no other and discover their inner resilience, strength and courage. Each day blends adventure with simplicity, culture with kindness, and nature with inner peace. You will require a level of fitness to walk some of the mountain trails and carry your day pack, however there are donkey options and the possibility of car transport here and there is necessary.

Day 1 – 21 Sep | Arrival in Kathmandu

Warm welcome at the airport. Transfer to the hotel and time to settle.

Short trip briefing to prepare the mind and spirit for the days ahead.

Evening welcome dinner filled with smiles and blessings.

Day 2 – 22 Sep | Kathmandu Heritage Experience

A peaceful morning followed by visits to three UNESCO World Heritage Sites.

Students explore temples, stupas, and ancient stories that carry Nepal’s spiritual soul.

Day 3 – 23 Sep | Trishuli River Rafting – Drive to Pokhara

Drive to Trishuli after breakfast for a refreshing rafting journey.

Enjoy lunch by the riverside.

Continue to Pokhara, a place where mountains reflect peacefully on the lake.

Overnight in Pokhara.

Day 4 – 24 Sep | Pokhara – Nayapul – Hile – Ulleri

After breakfast, drive to Nayapul and then take a jeep to Hile.

Begin the trek through calm villages and stone steps leading to Ulleri.

Overnight in Ulleri, surrounded by nature’s quiet energy.

Day 5 – 25 Sep | Trek to Ghorepani

A gentle walk through rhododendron forests.

Arrive at Ghorepani, a beautiful mountain village full of calm air and smiling people.

Day 6 – 26 Sep | Sunrise at Poon Hill – Trek to Tadapani

Early morning hike to Poon Hill for a golden sunrise over Dhaulagiri, Annapurna, and Machhapuchhre.

A perfect moment for everyone to feel deep gratitude, empowerment and connection with nature.

Return for breakfast, then trek to Tadapani.

Day 7 – 27 Sep | Trek to Ghandruk – Drive to Pokhara

After breakfast, trek down to Ghandruk, a Gurung village rich in culture and tradition.

Lunch in Ghandruk, then jeep to Nayapul and a comfortable drive back to Pokhara.

Day 8 – 28 Sep | Pokhara Exploration

Relaxed day exploring Pokhara.

Peaceful lake moments, soft breeze, and simple happiness.

Perfect for everyone to do washing, have massages, rest and reflect.

Day 9 – 29 Sep | Drive to Chitwan National Park

Morning drive to Chitwan.

Arrive and enjoy evening jungle activities inside the national park.

Full day of wildlife experiences: elephant safari, jungle walk, canoeing, and sunset.
