A great stretch and strength class for over 40 and 50 with stronger options using your own body. All exercises are based on pilates and yoga moves, a series of low impact moves designed to help strengthen the smaller muscles of the body. We mobilise and strengthen the upper body to help support the neck for desk work, we strengthen the legs and hips and core to support the lower back for desk work and all activity in life really. There is a short relaxation at the end to let go of tension and feel a sense of calm to go back into your day.
