This is a guided practice using headphones. I will guide you though A powerful journey of discovery, release though movement, fun , play and sound, then empowerment and clarity. If you have never done a sound journey before they are very intentional and unique, we will be in nature and the music and guidance help create a deeper connection for you with your body and support you embody the feelings you need for the specific journey.
